Szechwan Roasted Potatoes

IN THIS RECIPE
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 lb Russet Potatoes cut into 1/2 inch wedges
- 3 tbs Olive oil
- 1 tbs Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 pkg Sunbird Hot and Spicy Szechwan
PREPARATIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400oF.
- In a medium bowl toss your potatoes, olive oil, and salt and pepper. After the potatoes are coated well in with olive oil, continue to toss while slowly seasoning with your package of Sunbird Hot and Spicy Szechwan Seasoning. Once seasoning is evenly dispersed, individually lay out each wedge giving them at least a 1/4 inch apart from eachother.
- Roast for 25 minutes or until surface of the potatoes is on the darker end of golden brown and is beginning to bubble. Enjoy!
