Kung Pao Broccoli

IN THIS RECIPE
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 3 heads blanched and shocked broccoli
- 1 tbs oil
- 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pkg Sun-Bird Kung Pao Chicken Seasoning Mix
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 tsp Sriracha
PREPARATIONS:
- In a large sauté pan, combine mushrooms and oil. Cook over medium heat until mushrooms are golden brown and tender.
- Make sure broccoli is fully drained and patted dry. Add broccoli to mushrooms and heat through.
- In a separate container combine remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Add this mixture to broccoli and mushrooms and cook until sauce thickens and coats the broccoli.
