Savory Steamed Tilapia

IN THIS RECIPE
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 4 Tilapia fillets
- 1 pkg Sun-Bird Kung Pao Seasoning Mix
- 4tbs butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- juice of two lemons
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- salt to taste
PREPARATIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Combine melted butter, garlic, ginger, Sun-Bird seasoning and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
- Place fillets on one half of a large sheet of foil. Top fillets with sliced onions and butter mixture. Fold over foil and crimp edges to make seal. This will keep the steam and moisture locked in.
- Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes. Open carefully to avoid steam. Serve fillets with steamed rice or vegetables of choice.
