Mongolian Breakfast Sausage
(MAKES 6 SERVINGS)

IN THIS RECIPE
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 Tbs Soy Sauce
1 Tbs Honey
1 lb Breakfast Sausage or Ground Pork
1 tsp Salt
1 package
Sun-Bird® Hot & Spicy Mongolian Sauce Mix
PREPARATIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Mix well and form into 12 – 3 inch patties.
Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Using a non-stick pan, cook each side for 5 minutes over medium heat until done.
