Honey Sesame Butternut Squash

IN THIS RECIPE
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 bulb butternut squash
- 3 tbs butter
- 1 pkg Sun-Bird Honey Sesame Chicken Seasoning Mix
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 cup water
PREPARATIONS:
- Peel and dice the butternut squash. Smaller pieces will reduce your cook time.
- Sauté squash in butter until it browns slightly.
- In a separate container, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Add this mixture to your pan and continue to cook on medium heat.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until butternut squash is tender and little liquid remains.
- If there is excess liquid, simmer on high heat to reduce.
