WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 packet Sun-Bird® Fried Rice seasoning
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup meat of choice, cooked
- ½ cup vegetables of choice, cooked
PREPARATIONS:
- Over high heat, add oil to skillet and sauté rice for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir seasoning, and soy sauce.
- Push rice to side, add eggs, scramble, then stir into rice.
- Add any optional ingredients and sauté for 1-2 more minutes.
