FRIED RICE

The earliest record of fried rice is found in the Sui Dynasty (589-618 AD). The basic elements include rice, meat, vegetables, soy sauce, and garlic. This is a delicious cooking method for leftover meat and rice!

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 packet Sun-Bird® Fried Rice seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 3 cups cooked rice 
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup meat of choice, cooked
  • ½ cup vegetables of choice, cooked

PREPARATIONS:

  • Over high heat, add oil to skillet and sauté rice for 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir seasoning, and soy sauce.
  • Push rice to side, add eggs, scramble, then stir into rice.
  • Add any optional ingredients and sauté for 1-2 more minutes.

RICE FLOUR, SALT, GARLIC POWDER, SPICES (BLACK PEPPER, GINGER, BAY LEAVES), SESAME SEED OIL, SUGAR, Contains less than 2% of: NATURAL FLAVOR, ORGANIC CARAMEL COLOR, CITRIC ACID, PAPRIKA EXTRACT.
