STIR FRY SEASONING MIX

Stir Fry or Chǎo is a fast and fresh Chinese cooking technique in which ingredients are cooked in a lightly oiled wok, while stirring continuously over high heat. It dates back to the Han Dynasty (206 BC-220 AD), but became more artistic and widely spread through the Tang, Song, and Ming dynasties.
