WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 packet Sun-Bird® Stir Fry seasoning
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- ⅓ cup water
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. meat of choice, diced
- 2 cups vegetables
PREPARATIONS:
- In large skillet, heat oil; stir-fry rice, green onions and red bell pepper.
- Add seasoning and soy sauce; stir-fry 1 minute.
- Push rice to side, add eggs, scramble; stir into rice.
- Add chicken, beef, pork, or fish if desired.
Makes 5 servings, about 1 cup each as prepared above.
