WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 packet Sun-Bird® Chow Mein seasoning
- ½ lb. boneless chicken, beef, or pork; cut in strips
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar
- ¾ cup water
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 can (5 oz.) crisp Chow Mein Noodles
PREPARATIONS:
- Combine seasoning with soy sauce, sugar, and water; set aside.
- Heat oil in skillet or wok; stir-fry meat.
- Add vegetables (except bean sprouts); stir-fry.
- Add bean sprouts and seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 minute.
- Serve over chow mein noodles.
