WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 packet Sun-Bird® Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowl seasoning
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. chicken cut into bite sized pieces
- 3 cups assorted vegetables, sliced
- ¼ cup water
- Hot cooked brown or white rice
PREPARATIONS:
- Blend seasoning and water; set aside.
- Stir fry chicken in oil until browned.
- Add vegetables and cook until almost done.
- Add seasoning/water mixture and heat thoroughly.
