WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 packet Sun-Bird® Egg Drop Soup mix
- 2-½ cups water
- 1 egg, well beaten
- soy sauce (optional)
PREPARATIONS:
- Combine soup mix with water in a medium-size saucepan.
- Bring to a boil stirring occasionally.
- Gradually add egg to boiling soup, stirring gently in one direction.
- Remove from heat and season with soy sauce, if desired. Serve immediately.
