IN THIS RECIPE
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2 cups instant rice, uncooked
- 12 to 16 oz fully-cooked ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 can crushed pineapple in juice (20 oz)
- 1 pkg Sun-Bird Sweet & Sour Seasoning
- 3 cups water
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine rice, ham and pineapple, with juice, in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Stir in Sunbird Sweet and Sour Seasoning and water. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
