IN THIS RECIPE
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 8 oz. Shrimp, shelled, deveined and cooked to preference
- 1 ea Avocado, diced
- 1 bunch Cilantro, picked
- 1/4 c. Red onion, diced
- 1 pkg. Flour Tortillas
- In a small sauce pan, whisk together diced tomatoes, BBQ sauce, and Sun-Bird General Tso’s Chicken Seasoning.
- Bring the mixture to simmer, then immediately remove from the heat.
- To create tacos, place 1 oz. of sauce on the bottom of the taco. Place 5-6 shrimp on top of the sauce and garnish with avocado, cilantro, and red onion.
