Suggestions: Some great ideas for cut fresh vegetables would be: broccoli florets, chopped red and green bell pepper, onions, thinly sliced carrots, celery, mushrooms, zucchini or summer squash. Or if you are looking for a time saver, use a frozen Asian style vegetable mix and thaw before using.
Note: For a main dish, stir in 2 cups hot, cooked, cubed chicken before serving. If desired, substitute 1 pkg (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetable mixture for fresh vegetables.
