WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 packet Sun-Bird® Hot & Sour Soup mix
- 2-1/2 cups water
- 1 egg, well beaten
PREPARATIONS:
- Combine soup mix with water in a medium-size saucepan.Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Gradually add egg to boiling soup, stirring gently in one direction.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Makes 3 servings, about 1 cup each as prepared above.
