Sweet & Sour Rubbed Pork Loin

WHAT YOU NEED:

PREPARATIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Combine salt and Sun-Bird Sweet and Sour Seasoning Mix in a bowl.
  • Rub mixture on the pork loin.
  • Roast for 45 minutes.
  • Turn oven up to 400°F for the next 15 minutes to caramelize the outside of the loin.
  • Remove from the oven when meat thermometer reaches a temperature of 155°F. Let the loin rest for 10 minutes.
  • Slice into 1/2 inch slices and serve.
