IN THIS RECIPE

PREPARATIONS:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Combine salt and Sun-Bird® Sweet and Sour Sauce Mix in a bowl.
- Rub mixture on the pork loin.
- Roast for 45 minutes.
- Turn oven up to 400°F for the next 15 minutes to caramelize the outside of the loin.
- Remove from the oven when meat thermometer reaches a temperature of 155°F. Let the loin rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice into 1/2 inch slices and serve.
