PREPARATIONS:
- Combine the cabbage, carrot, cilantro, vinegar and soy sauce in a large bowl. Set aside. 2. Mix the turkey, Sun-Bird® Hot & Spicy Mongolian Sauce Mix and egg together in a large bowl until just combined. Form mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high heat. Brush grates with oil. Grill the patties until golden brown, and internal temperature reaches 165°, about 5 minutes per side. 4. Spread the mayonnaise on both sides of buns. Top the bottom buns with patties, cabbage mixture, avocado and top bun. Serve and enjoy.
Tip: Substitute ground chicken or lean ground beef for ground turkey!
