PREPARATIONS:
- Bring the broth to a boil in a large pot over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes. Add the dumplings, mushrooms, carrots and Sun-Bird® Sweet & Sour Sauce Mix, and cook, stirring frequently, until dumplings are fully cooked and vegetables are tender, about 4-5 minutes. Stir in the spinach until wilted, about 1 minutes.
- Divide soup between bowls. Top with the green onions, cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy.
Tip: Substitute your favorite meat dumpling for vegetable dumplings!
