WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 3 cupsrice, cooked and cooled
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 packet Sun-Bird® Kimchi Fried Rice Seasoning Mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
PREPARATION:
- Over high heat, add oil to skillet and sauté rice for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in seasoning and soy sauce. Mix well to combine.
- Push rice to side, add eggs, scramble, then stir into rice.
Chef’s Tip: Try with a fried egg on top of each serving, instead of scrambling the eggs. Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
