WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 3 cupsrice, cooked and cooled
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 packet Sun-Bird® Kimchi Fried Rice Seasoning Mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten

PREPARATION:

  1. Over high heat, add oil to skillet and sauté rice for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Stir in seasoning and soy sauce. Mix well to combine.
  3. Push rice to side, add eggs, scramble, then stir into rice.

Chef’s Tip: Try with a fried egg on top of each serving, instead of scrambling the eggs. Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
