WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 packet Sun-Bird® Stir-Fry Seasoning Mix
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- ⅓ cup water
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. meat of choice, diced
- 2 cups vegetables
Optional Ingredients: Chicken, steak, shrimp, tofu, red or green bell pepper, onion, celery, carrot, broccoli, snow peas, mushroom
PREPARATION:
- Blend seasoning, soy sauce and water; set aside.
- In large skillet or wok, heat oil; add meat and stir-fry until browned.
- Add vegetables; stir-fry.
- Add seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 minute or until thickened.
