WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 lb. sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp. oil; divided
- 1 packet Sun-Bird® Korean Style Bulgogi Seasoning Mix
- 4 tbsp. sugar
PREPARATION:
- Combine beef, 2 tbsp. oil, and Sun-Bird® Korean Style Bulgogi Seasoning Mix in a mixing bowl. Combine well.
- Add reserved oil to a medium sized skillet and heat to medium high heat; stir-fry beef until cooked.
