HOT & SPICY FRIED RICE SEASONING MIX

Incredibly easy to prepare, our seasoning mix will add some heat to a classic favorite. This is a great dish for using up leftover rice, meat, or seafood!

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 packet Sun-Bird® Hot & Spicy Fried Rice seasoning
  • ⅓ cup ¼ inch diced, cooked chicken, beef, pork or fish if desired
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 3 cups cooked, cold rice
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • ½ red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten

PREPARATIONS:

  • In large skillet, heat oil; stir-fry rice, green onions and red bell pepper.
  • Add seasoning and soy sauce; stir-fry 1 minute.
  • Push rice to side, add eggs, scramble; stir into rice.
  • Add chicken, beef, pork, or fish if desired.

Makes 5 servings, about 1 cup each as prepared above.
