WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 packet Sun-Bird® Hot & Spicy Fried Rice seasoning
- ⅓ cup ¼ inch diced, cooked chicken, beef, pork or fish if desired
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 3 cups cooked, cold rice
- 3 green onions, sliced
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
PREPARATIONS:
- In large skillet, heat oil; stir-fry rice, green onions and red bell pepper.
- Add seasoning and soy sauce; stir-fry 1 minute.
- Push rice to side, add eggs, scramble; stir into rice.
- Add chicken, beef, pork, or fish if desired.
Makes 5 servings, about 1 cup each as prepared above.
