IN THIS RECIPE

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 3 skin on chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 pkg. Sun-Bird Hot & Spicy Szechwan Seasoning Mix
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

PREPARATIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place chicken breasts on a greased roasting rack and brush oil on top of the skins.
  • In a small bowl combine salt and Sun-Bird Hot & Spicy Szechwan Seasoning Mix. Season breasts heavily with this mixture.
  • Place in oven and bake for 20 – 30 minutes or until thermometer reads 165°F.
