IN THIS RECIPE
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 3 skin on chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 pkg. Sun-Bird Hot & Spicy Szechwan Seasoning Mix
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
PREPARATIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place chicken breasts on a greased roasting rack and brush oil on top of the skins.
- In a small bowl combine salt and Sun-Bird Hot & Spicy Szechwan Seasoning Mix. Season breasts heavily with this mixture.
- Place in oven and bake for 20 – 30 minutes or until thermometer reads 165°F.
