IN THIS RECIPE

WHAT YOU NEED:

PREPARATIONS:

  1. Cook ground pork through with 2 Tbsp of oil.
  2. In a bowl combine water, soy sauce and Sun-Bird Hot & Spicy Szechwan Seasoning Mix.
  3. Add this mixture to the pan and cook until slightly thickened and is a sauce consistency.
  4. Turn heat to low and fold in tofu. Let cook for an additional 3 – 5 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice and garnish with thinly sliced green onions.
