Mapo Tofu
(MAKES 4 SERVINGS)

IN THIS RECIPE
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2 tbs oil
- 1lb ground lean pork
- 1 pkg medium diced, semi-firm tofu
- 1 cup water
- 1 pkg Sun-Bird Hot & Spicy Szechwan Seasoning Mix
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 2 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 bunch green onion
PREPARATIONS:
- Cook ground pork through with 2 Tbsp of oil.
- In a bowl combine water, soy sauce and Sun-Bird Hot & Spicy Szechwan Seasoning Mix.
- Add this mixture to the pan and cook until slightly thickened and is a sauce consistency.
- Turn heat to low and fold in tofu. Let cook for an additional 3 – 5 minutes.
- Serve over rice and garnish with thinly sliced green onions.
