Mandarin Orange Chicken
(MAKES 5 SERVINGS)
|1 pkt.||Sun-Bird Mandarin Orange Chicken Seasoning Mix|
|2 Tbsp.||Soy Sauce|
|2 lbs.||Chicken, cut into chunks|
|3 – 4 Tbsp.||Oil|
Blend seasoning, soy sauce and water; set aside.
Add cornstarch to a large plastic food bag. Add chicken and shake to coat evenly.
Add seasoning mixture and stir-fry until thickened and heated through.
