Korean Taco

IN THIS RECIPE

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 pkg. Sun-Bird Korean Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef or thinly sliced, stir fry style Beef
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • Tortillas – White or Yellow Corn, or Flour

PREPARATIONS:

  • In bowl or plastic bag, mix seasoning packet and water. Add meat and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add meat with all marinade and cook until fully done.
  • Place meat strips on tortillas topping with garnishes of your choice such as Asian style slaw, pickled Asian vegetables or fresh shredded vegetables.
