WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 lb. sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp. oil; divided
  • 1 packet Sun-Bird® Korean Style Bulgogi Seasoning Mix
  • 4 tbsp. sugar

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine beef, 2 tbsp. oil, and Sun-Bird® Korean Style Bulgogi Seasoning Mix in a mixing bowl. Combine well.
  2. Add reserved oil to a medium sized skillet and heat to medium high heat; stir-fry beef until cooked.
